The distance to the beach was amazing! So easy. Loved the screened porch and the outdoor shower. I hate when you get sand everywhere in the house and that wasn't a problem. Had everything we needed. Thanks to people who said there were floats and chairs included. Was nice to not haul all that in our car. No dishwasher and little counter space so we had to work around each other for cooking which we did a lot. We loved it! We would go back.

Took more than an hour to get into the unit. Finally got ahold of customer service which gave us the proper code for the lock box. Location is great. Literally across the street from the beach. Outdoor shower is lovely. Couch is definitely tiny, as others mentioned. Snug fit for three people and no other comfy seating in house. Mixed response results from manager and often did not have accurate information. For example, it does have beach gear though I was told it did not. Also was given wrong door code and lock box code.
