To preserve the peaceful setting for guests and neighbors, the home is not available for parties, weddings, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, or other events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Occupancy limits and house policies are part of the Rental Agreement, and any violations are subject to the terms outlined in that agreement.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.Maximum occupancy: 6 registered guests. Occupancy limits and house policies are part of the Rental Agreement.
