The Space:
Situated in the exclusive gated Mariners Cay community, this riverfront condo provides incredible views of the Folly River, as well as resort-style amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, and a grilling area. Walk to the beach in less than 15 minutes or drive just 10 miles to downtown Charleston. This charming escapade has been recently updated with brand-new furniture and appliances that will make cooking a breeze. Unwind in the living room furnished with a sofa and matching loveseat. A 43-inch TV with cable provides plenty of viewing options. Make favorite meals in the modern kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of updated appliances. Perch at the breakfast bar with seating for two or gather around the dining table with seating for six. Spend lazy afternoons enjoying the river views. Nice, comfortable place with plenty of room. We enjoyed the covered balcony overlooking the Folly River and spotted dolphins a few times. We had 2 vehicles and only one gate fob was provided despite requesting another several times, so that proved to be inconvenient. A few minor cleanliness things but overall, a good value for 5 people.

Apartment was nice and clean. Decorated well and very comfortable beds. We loved the porch where we would sit in the morning and watch dolphins swimming and egrets and pelicans fly past. Great location and walked to wonderful Folly Beach a few times. Used the pool once, bit too cold as beginning of April! A great place to stay and explore Folly Beach and wonderful Charleston was only a short drive away. We would definitely like to come back.

Kitchen and bath rooms need updating. Furniture not exceptionally comfortable. Main tv did not work, did receive small reimbursement for that. Kitchen needs overhaul, including amenities in the kitchen. Location decent, not too far from Folly. Nice views of river...would prefer screened in porch instead of sun room, with windows that barely open, to enjoy the breeze.
