Met our needs as we were in town for a wedding so didnt need the full kitchen Biggest opportunity n ro improve is pilows were very flat and not a real blanket for the beds..just a thin blanket like you would use as a cover when watching a movie..no spare blankets in house. I also recommnd putting curtains up in bedrooms..privacy blinds only were on windows and didnt block out sun so was very bright early in morning in fro t faving bedroom

Nice quiet spot with plenty of room. Bathroom is small and the couch is very uncomfortable but all around a good stay.

Pros - Great location, 15 mins or less to the beach or to downtown, new appliances look nice, quiet area.Cons- Very uncomfortable furniture and not enough seating unless you bring hard kitchen chairs into the living room. The couch is like sitting on wood, also had stains on it. Flys in the downstairs bathroom. The full bathroom upstairs had black mildew/mold growing along the walls/ceiling. I’ve never stayed at a location that had a limit on what temperature you had to keep the AC above. The WiFi was horrible. There was 4 adults staying and we couldn’t all be on our phones using WiFi and stream a movie at the same time. Also the outside of the property was overgrown. Literally small trees/weeds growing off the entry way roof.Would not stay again or refer anyone to this location.
