This is a great property for spending time with a large family group, enjoying the outdoor hot tub, games, cooking and seating areas.You can't see the river easily from the property but it's a short walk down to it where you can launch kayaks and fish.

Fantastic! We stayed with a family including grandparents and teens. This was a beautiful house with many sitting and playing areas both inside and out, to be together or separate. Kids loved the loft window seats, outdoor couches very comfortable, many activity and games areas outside, great hottub and we had fun roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Wonderfully equipped kitchen and set up to easily accomodate 8 to eat together inside or outside. Everything was extremely clean and well thought out. Everything is fenced off from the road so it feels private and safe. Beds were super comfortable. River access was clearly marked, and a little ways down the road is a lovely beachy area easily accessed from the road (with a litttle steep bit). Genuinely one of our favourite homes we've stayed in.

We had an amazing time here for our holiday family vacation! The house looks just looks like the photos. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen (espresso machine, drink cooler, blender), large hot tub with speakers, outdoor games and activities, and the grill outside. We didn't explore the riverfront since it was December but looks like it would be amazing access in the summer. Pamela was very responsive and accommodating

Our group of 6 adults had a terrific stay here! The house is located just north of Cloverdale along a scenic stretch of the Russian River. Although close to the road, it was quiet and private, as there were no close neighbors and little traffic on the street. There was plenty of room for 3 couples to sleep, eat, hang out, and play, inside and out. All rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Amenities were great, including bocce, corn hole, and hot tub. The only glitch in our stay was that the hot tub was not ready for use on the night we arrived. It had been left in "vacation" mode, presumably by mistake, by the management company. We called and they came over within the hour and got it running, but we could not use it that night, as it took many hours to heat back up to a usable temperature.
