THINGS TO KNOW

Parking Notes: Up to 4 Vehicles can park at this property, though only 3 passenger vehicles may be parked at the unit during overnight hours (11pm - 7am) per local STR Ordinance. 1 parking pass is automatically paid for when booking the reservation. Any additional parking passes are $40 + taxes.



This property has Seabrook Island Club Access for an additional fee. For $55/day or $315/week, you may purchase access to The Beach Club as well as other Seabrook Island Club amenities such as golf, racquet sports, and club dining which require additional payment. When you book a stay with us, we will send you instructions for how to pre-register.

Note that The Beach Club is seasonal and generally operates between mid-March and the end of October.

Additionally, you will have access to The Lake House Fitness Center where use of the unheated outdoor pool is free. For $15/day at The Lake House, there is also an indoor fitness pool and gym. Fitness classes are available for an extra fee.
