The flat is ideally located in Les Belleville, in very pleasant surroundings. In Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

If you want to go skiing, you'll need to come by car, and there's a large free car park just opposite the ski lifts in Saint Martin de Belleville (about 6km from the chalet by road, which is easy to get to even in winter).
