Great experience. The house was very nice, the pool was amazing. Host was very friendly and communicated adequately. Kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor grill was phenomenal. Hot water takes a while to come on and there is no option for baths for young kids only showers, more as an FYI I wouldn’t dock the experience at all. Overall very pleased with our trip. Thank you very much.

Spectacular home and especially great for kids; amazing pool, big yard and arcade room. Chris was extremely accommodating and communication was almost instantaneous. We rented a lot of VRBO's in Palm Springs (especially throughout the pandemic) and this is hands down the best. Combination of the home and just as important, the owner. Location to shopping, dining and activities is incredible as well. Don't pass on this home if you have the chance to book it!

Great family place to stay, lots to keep the kids busy and playing outside. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

We had the best vacation at this house during spring break! The listing of amenities was accurate and the house was well stocked with towels, kitchenware and other necessities. The backyard is an amazing space to hang all day and night. The covered patio with 3 fans makes it comfortable to sit outside in 99 degree heat. The side yards are large and well maintained, lush with green grass and plenty of room for dogs and kids to run and explore. The game room is very fun, my husband and I had a great time revisiting some of our favorite arcade games from the 90s. We had a few minor questions come up and Chris answered immediately. Yes, the airport is nearby and there is plane noise, but you get used to it quickly and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the house. We really loved our stay here and would definitely visit again!
