Luxurious hardwood floors and travertine floors reside throughout. The second floor features the spacious living room with sweeping ocean views, TV and fireplace. There are plenty of windows giving the space a bright and open feel.

Located off the living room, this gourmet chef's kitchen showcases Thermador appliances, a 6-burner stove, double oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, huge walk-in pantry, expansive island for entertaining and opens to a dining area with a private outdoor deck and BBQ.

Primary Bedroom- located on the second floor (same level as living and kitchen), King size bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in closet.

Second Bedroom- Located on the second floor (same level as living and kitchen), King bed, closet, French doors leading to private deck.

Third Bedroom- Located on the third floor. Queen bed and walk-in closet

There is a garage available along with driveway parking on the left side of the property in front of the left 2 car garage. Street parking (no permits necessary) is also available
