Casetta Mena is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a prime location in Sulmona. The house is clean, open, and is located right next to the main Port. The parking garage next door made my trip with a rental car a breeze. I highly recommend staying here. The owners were also amazing hosts.

Sabrina and her husband met us at the door and walked us through all the parts and features of the apartment, including the kitchen, espresso machine, washer, keys, and ways to get into the city center. The apartment is in a wonderful location, just a few minutes outside the city center (5 minute walk), and has a mini-split in the bedroom, which made for some amazing sleep. The washer is efficient and we were able to hang a few things out on the line with the clips they provided too (they thought of everything).
The property faces one of the main roads out of town, so you have a lot of loud mopeds and scooters. The cars are fine, but some of these scooters are crazy loud.
