Hotel Epica

Hotellet var veldig bra. Nytt, fint og reint. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsom og kom med nyttige tips.

Frokosten var nokså dårlig. Det var begrenset utvalg og generelt dårlig kvalitet. Heldigvis er det mange steder å kjøpe frokist i nærheten noe vi gjorde på dag 2 og 3 av vårt opphold.

The hotel is lovely, very modern and everything to a very high standard, rooms lovely, large and beds very comfortable. Nice to have a kettle with tea making facilities in the room, robes and slippers in the room, and all linen monogrammed, had a high end feel. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. 24 Hour reception, always very welcoming, loved the sweets on the reception desk and very handy to have the opportunity to buy chilled bottles of drink from reception. The location was extremely central which was perfect for us.

Am avut o experiență minunată la Hotel Epica din București! Locația este absolut ideală, chiar în inima orașului (la doi pași de Centrul Vechi și de principalele atracții culturale), ceea ce face ca plimbările prin capitală să fie extrem de accesibile. Totul este nou, foarte curat, amenajat cu mult bun-gust și atenție la detalii. Micul dejun a fost delicios, proaspăt și diversificat, iar personalul de la recepție s-a dovedit a fi extrem de amabil, atent și primitor în orice moment al zilei. Recomand cu toată căldura acest hotel și cu siguranță voi reveni cu drag de fiecare dată când voi avea drum în București!

The location was excellent. The staff and the registry were very polite and helped us with our luggage on arrival. Another great thing was their hospitality by leaving candy and balloons for the birthday date of my spouse. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is new and clean no issues whatsoever.

This is not something concerning the hotel, but it could be to the municipality of Bucharest. They need to invest in better infrastructure around the hotel since the streets and sidewalks are all in terrible shape. Other than that, the actual hotel was splendid.
