Mitten in Nizza und trotzdem ruhig. Zwei Zimmer mit Wifi. Viel Platz.

Apartamentai puikioje miesto vietoje, pačiame centre, o ir jūra netoli. Erdvu, patogu, nieko netrūko.

Viskas gerai!

Lovely property, clean great location

Location, clean, cozy and well-appointed. Location is a few minutes from the boardwalk and most convenient. The apt was also very well prepared for us with small details making all the difference.

Stairs and low ceiling. The apt is on the top floor of a 5 story building with no elevator. For people with difficulty walking up stairs, it is hard enough without luggage. If my children weren’t with me, we would have really struggled just to get to the apt. It’s the attic of the building and thus the final set of stairs have a rope instead of a staircase handle and the steps get very narrow and steep. The ceiling is also very low as it slopes downwards towards the ends of the apt. I’m only 5 foot 9 inches and I banged my head several times just moving around.
