This quiet, peaceful, residential side of Topsail is a quick drive to must-see attractions, including Surf City Ocean Pier, Soundside Park, Kenneth D. Batts Family Park, and fantastic restaurants.
Upon entering, you will find vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows, natural light, and incredible ocean views and sounds. Setting this home apart from others are the two upper oceanfront bedrooms, each with a private balcony. The bonus room includes puzzles, games, ocean views from the top floor, and a balcony overlooking the inlet. The kitchen is well stocked and has a beautiful breakfast nook overlooking the ocean. Retreat to the primary bathroom for a spa bathtub, big enough for two. Enjoy the washer/dryer, outdoor shower, and smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. This was a lovely house for our family vacation! It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for all your kitchen needs. There is a nice playroom for little ones and a lovely master suite. This is a house that we would definitely consider renting again! We loved the mail floor being on level 1 instead of being on the top level as many beach houses are. We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this one had a unique floor plan that was perfect for two young families (upstairs) and a set of grandparents (downstairs). The Polywood furniture on the deck was a nice treat. The dining table (inside) had plenty of room for all of us to eat. A to the owners and rental agency!

The deck and access to the house inside layout were all great. Great for families with children and happy we could bring our dog!

The views and being right on the beach is why I come to the ocean. This home could not be closer and the deck is set up to enjoy the ocean and you are steps away from a walk on the beach. Furniture comfortable and plenty of seating at the dining tables for small or large groups. We enjoyed the charcoal grill for some evening seafood dinners. The balconies off the upstairs bedrooms facing the ocean were great for private time to enjoy the ocean. The one improvement needed is the handrail going to the upstairs bedrooms needs to be extended to reach the top landing.

The house was in a good place where the beach was not crowded. The deck was beautiful; it made us feel like we were sitting on the ocean. The main bathroom had a major ant problem, but we were given ant traps and sprayed within a day. The dishwasher did not work, and they said they could not fix it without a part, but no refund was given even tho it say a working dishwasher was in the amenities. The house was decorated beautifully, but it was pretty sandy all over.
