This well-equipped, ground-floor condo is conveniently located minutes from Brunswick County beaches, shopping, restaurants, multiple golf courses, and right across the street from a public boat/kayak landing. You are two and a half miles away from Calabash, the seafood capital of the world, so you better pay it a visit while staying here! In addition to a prime location, this home away from home is located steps from the indoor and outdoor pools and the amenity center. This condo has been completely renovated to provide the ultimate vacation spot! Come back home from a refreshing time in any of the pools to unwind and relax in the living room. Curl up on the sofa and stream a favorite series or movie on the smart TV with cable and streaming services. The patio offers a nice private outdoor space to chill while sipping coffee. We had an incredible experience at this condo. It was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, although we didn’t cook anything lol. The management company checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. I did mention that there were no extra pillowcases for the extra pillows. The next morning someone from management showed up with Pillowcases! The condo is located near restaurants, the beach and shopping. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!!

This cottage has a great layout and is very convenient to restaurants and bridge. The only negative was the mold. Cabinets in the kitchen and vents were covered in mold. It really needs a good thorough cleanse.
