This top-floor, Tower Circle Duplex home, with two bedrooms, is just an easy walk to the beach and ocean. This oceanfront condo has a beautiful kitchen, two well-appointed bedrooms, and a bath for those who want to come to the beach to enjoy all that it has to offer. You'll be an easy walk to Buxton Highway 12 shops and restaurants and to Fessenden Center Skate Park for the kids. A great way to have your own space and enough room for your friends or extended family is to rent Tower Bottom which occupies the same building as a separate unit with its own entrance. Whether you're here for three weeks or three days, you'll have everything you need to enjoy beach life.
Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.
Property may require a higher clearance vehicle or 4X4 to access due to constant shifting sands.
Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

While not right on the beach, it was very close. Great views of the ocean from the deck, half shaded and half open to the sun. Just a short walk to reach the ocean. The cottage was clean and comfortable. For anyone with mobility issues, the stairs to the cottage are pretty high. The water pressure in the shower is weak. There were no pot holders in the unit but otherwise the kitchen had all we needed and we cooked fresh seafood every night. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean and had nice amenities. It was our first time in the outer banks, and I loved being right on the beach. The house was spotless when we arrived and it was very dog friendly. It’s a little secluded from mini golf, shopping, and movie theaters when the weather is bad but that was the only drawback.
