Back at the house, the outdoor deck provides another inviting place to relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air. This was my first time renting a whole house at the beach. There were a few things that customer service took care of but you may want to make sure you have extra toilet paper, paper towels, trashbags, ect. The provide a kit with dishwashing soap for sink and dishwasher, a new sponge, a pack of laundry detergent. There were some left over by other guests so we didn't have to buy any but we were surprised to not find toilet paper after the roll was empty. We took coffee filters but there were plenty there. Plenty of dishes and cookware. The only thing we brought from home was an electric griddle. They had everything else. You only get one towel per person (6 were there on day one but we had to ask for more as we had 9 people) Took a whole day to get extras so you may want to have plenty of your own if you don't want to be doing laundry all the time. The deck on the dune was a great asset! We were able to leave chairs, floats, shoes, ect. and nothing was taken. We loved not having to deal with umbrellas in the sand. It was near the public access so there was a porta john if you didn't want to go into the house wet to use the bathroom. Lots of toys/chairs in the closet under the house. There is an outside shower under the deck that got the most use from us. We didn't have any rain but if we did, there were games, puzzles and books available. Plus a TV in each room as well as living room, we just didn't know how to work it with 7 remotes. LOL
We acquired a timeshare so we won't have a need for a house in the future but would consider going back now that we know what to expect. Have fun!

We stayed here for a small little parents get away with another couple and it was great! This was our first time visiting Topsail, and honestly this house was a big factor of us falling in love with Topsail! Thank you so much for a great stay! We definitely will be returning here!

I’m glad I came across this Beach House. It was absolutely perfect. Loved the location and loved sitting on the deck and hearing the waves of the ocean.

4th time staying here. Love having the deck across street. The bathrooms are low frills. But its a good price and location.
