Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
Welcome to Sunshine, a delightful, semi-oceanfront home in Avon with a private pool, a brand-new hot tub, a game room, and plenty of bright and beachy areas to make memories with the whole family. Updates for 2022 include new carpeting, new outdoor furniture, new exterior lighting and paint, new interior paint, and new TVs. Outside, a paved driveway provides plenty of parking, and a spacious deck surrounds the large swimming pool. Inside, you'll find an expansive game room with a pool table, foosball, a kitchenette, and ample seating - a great spot for cooling off after a day at the beach, which is a short walk away. On the main floor, prepare your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen, share them at the 10-person dining table and the three-person breakfast bar, then gather on the new furniture for games and movies in the living room. Don't miss the incredible views from the third-floor deck, an excellent spot for a cup of coffee at sunrise and a glass of wine at sunset
Please Note: As a barrier island, Hatteras is constantly changing. Beach conditions, dunes, and access points may vary due to erosion, restoration projects, weather, and other environmental factors.

The location of the house was wonderful. View of ocean was semi obstructed but still good. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Pool was wonderful but it could have used a mid week cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine.
Pros-the kitchen was so well stocked with all kinds of cookware, bowls, plenty of utensils etc, comfortable seating in living room, beds were a great firmness (not too hard but good!)
Cons-we were surprised to see dirty wet clothes on the chairs at the pool when we arrived (we just left them there?), the fan in the King bedroom works and then stops and works when it wants to-there is paper or something wedged in the switch to try to keep it held in the right place to make it work but that doesn’t work anymore.
Other than these minor issues, we loved our stay and I would stay here again.

House was cleaning, provided enough space

Beds were advertised as having 2 kings and only one room had a king. The beds are pretty noisy too. There were a few cleaning issues. Made them aware. Great location. Hopefully they will correct the description and double check the cleaning. Overall a good property.
