This is our family’s 7th year staying at Ridge Reef. We love the location and the amenities. Looking forward to year 8 in 2026.

We were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the house. Stained furniture, noticeably dirty railings, doors, walls. Bags of dirty sheets were on the porch.Pans and baking sheets were put away without washing. We contacted Vacasa and were told that deep cleaning was done in the off season, we don't consider what needed to be cleaned deep cleaning.
