We booked this property for a company offsite with about 20 team members and it worked out perfectly. Plenty of bedrooms, multiple bathrooms so mornings ran smoothly, and a large common area where we were able to set up for presentations and working sessions during the day.In the evenings the outdoor space gave everyone room to decompress and actually connect outside of the usual office setting. The kitchen was fully stocked which made catering and group meals easy to coordinate. Having a washer and dryer on site was a nice bonus for a multi day stay. The location was convenient for airport pickups and close to restaurants for the nights we wanted to get out. The property was clean, well maintained, and the host was responsive and professional throughout the booking process. We've done hotels for these types of events in the past and this was a significant upgrade in terms of both cost and experience. The team genuinely enjoyed it and it made the trip feel less corporate and more collaborative.Would absolutely recommend for any company looking to host a retreat or offsite in a space that actually feels comfortable.

Truly the best trip to Vegas. First time staying in a house instead of in a hotel and I will definitely be doing that going forward. We were able to get Ubers easily and quickly could get to the main areas and then get back just as fast when we were done with our night. Everyone loved the backyard. We played lots of tennis and enjoyed getting tan by the pool! I think the best was having space to relax all together in one place. We even bbq’d which made it even better in the sunset hours . really loved this place! Would highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time at this house! The place is huge and honestly even better in person. The backyard was our favorite part ; the beach style pool, hot tub, volleyball court… our group barely wanted to leave the house. We grilled outside a couple nights and it just felt super relaxing and private.Inside was really clean and the bedrooms were way bigger than we expected. Everyone had plenty of space and the layout made it easy for all of us to hang out together. The location was great too, only a short drive to the Strip but far enough that it’s quiet when you get back.Overall just a great stay. We’d 100% come back again!

I don't really want to leave a bad rating because our trip was great, but I do want to be forthcoming that our experience was not the same as the reviews that we read. First, I didn't receive the housing information to check into the house (code, etc.). I texted many times in the app only to be ghosted. So I was stressed. I had to call VRBO to get in contact with the host while my basketball waited at the airport. It was a touch stressful. But once we got ahold of him, he gave us the info. The code was wrong, and he unlocked it remotely, but we never received the new code. Second, I asked specifically when booking if the pool and hot tub were heated. "It is heated, we can accommodate." It's not heated, it's ice cold, and no questions after that initial response about the pool were answered. However, I don't want to be all negative. The house was great for what we needed in housing a basketball team for the weekend. We had a great tournament and lasting memories were made.
