Indulging in a luxurious vacation has never been easier with this stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. Perfect for families or groups of friends, this spacious house boasts a private swimming pool and hot tub, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding palm trees and old oak trees.
Nature lovers will appreciate the regular visits from playful squirrels, beautiful birds, and even majestic owls and sandhill cranes. The lanai offers the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenic surroundings.
Guests have full access to the entire house, as well as the private pool and yard. Rest assured, your vacation will be nothing short of comfortable and convenient. A maximum of 3 cars are allowed per reservation, ensuring a peaceful and private stay.
For an extra touch of luxury, the pool and hot tub can be heated upon request for an additional charge of $35 per day.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.
Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.
Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.

House was clean and as described. Pool did not stay heated, called several times and did have quick responses. Needs more silverware and skillets. Also had to call for towels.

Clean, convenient , safe, relaxing, and kind host. All or expectations and needs were provided. We were a group of 3 couples and we each had our own spaces. Additionally there were multiple common area to gather in. Perfect for us.
