The fully equipped chef's kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a generous breakfast bar for casual dining. The elegant dining table and coastal-inspired living area offer plenty of space for families and groups to gather and unwind in comfort.
The primary suite is a retreat all its own, featuring a plush king bed, direct access to both balconies, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and dual vanities. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and a private bath with a shower, while the third bedroom is perfect for families or kids, with bunk beds, a twin pullout, and a full sleeper mattress. The third full bath includes a shower/tub combo, and there's also a half bath for added convenience.
Newly renovated with tile and LVP flooring throughout, the penthouse feels fresh, clean, and perfectly suited to beach life. A laundry room inside the unit ensures all the comforts of home for longer stays.

For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.
Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

If you do decide to bring your furry friend with you, there is a pet fee of $150 a week or $300 for a month long rental (per pet). This is simply to reward our cleaners for the extra detail they will put in to remove any additional stains or shedding that occur during your best friends stay in our home. :)

When we got there, we had a hard time getting in. But after leaving a voicemail and texting, we found that we had to put the code in while pulling the door towards us. That would’ve been good to know 15 minutes earlier. When we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the unit and the 3 1/2 baths. The balcony is nice. We did notice crumbs on the top of the toaster and a little bit of something in the bottom of the freezer which made me wonder about the cleaning so didn’t use the tub. The only other thing we were surprised with was not having trash bags in the unit. There was one in the wastebasket in the kitchen, but when we ran out, we found out that they don’t supply any you have to go buy them. Maybe it’s just this area but for 50 years we’ve gone on vacation and they always have like five bags every time we’ve stayed. I just thought that was weird. I also only saw one dishwasher pod and they said to use that the day we left so, like I said, we always had a few of those kind of things in other places we have stayed. The unit is a little dated but that doesn’t bother me. We did have a good week there. It’s a good point to go up down the coast a little bit and visit other things also.

We loved this condo. The location is perfect and the view from the terrace is incredible. We had multi generations and the space worked really well. Each room has its own bathroom which was such a nice bonus. We have stayed in nsb for years but this was our first stay at ocean walk. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Beautiful condo!! It was so big inside and clean, and the massive balcony and views were amazing. Very short walk to the beach and our kids had a blast in the pool. They had a closet filled with beach toys which was great. Communication with the property owner was fast and easy. I do wish the check-in list has a few more details. For example, the beach closet wasn’t listed on it, but I remember seeing it mentioned in another review so reached out and asked. They also only supply enough garbage bags, dishwasher, pods, etc. to get you through the stay but it didn’t say that in the list so we had to make another trip to the grocery store. Other than that, no complaints (and those aren’t really complaints!)
