This unique setup gives you **two separate 3-bedroom, 2-bath homes directly across the street from each other**. Gather together when you want, then retreat to your own space when different schedules, bedtimes, or a little quiet time call for it.

Both homes are clean, well stocked, and designed to make group stays easy, with separate living spaces, kitchens, game rooms, and private fenced backyards. You'll have plenty of room to spend time together without having everyone under one roof.

## TWO HOMES, ONE GROUP

Instead of squeezing everyone into one large house, your group gets two complete homes just steps from each other. Gather for meals, games, and time together, while still having separate living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and quiet spaces when everyone is ready to do their own thing.

The homes have similar layouts, making it easy to divide your group between them. Each is approximately 1,100 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private primary suite, fully equipped kitchen, living room, laundry, fenced backyard, and garage game room.

**Home 1**

* Primary suite: king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet + smart TV
* Bedroom 2: queen bed + smart TV
* Bedroom 3: twin-over-full bunk bed + TV
* Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second full bathroom

**Home 2**

* Primary suite: king bed, private bathroom, large walk-in closet + 43" smart TV

* Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the second full bathroom

Extra blankets are provided in the bedroom closets, and a pack 'n play is available in each home.

## KITCHENS & DINING

Both homes have fully equipped kitchens with the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you'll need for meals at home. Each includes:

* Refrigerator with filtered water + ice
* Keurig + drip coffee maker
* Coffee, creamer + sweeteners
* Dishwasher
* Dining space for your group

Having two kitchens can be especially convenient for larger groups—whether everyone gathers for meals in one home or different households prefer their own space.

## LIVING SPACES

Each home has its own living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV. With two separate living areas plus TVs in every bedroom, there's plenty of room to spread out when the whole group doesn't want to do the same thing.

Home 1 also includes a desk/workspace for guests who need to get a little work done during their stay.

## TWO GAME ROOMS

Both garages have been converted into game rooms with pool tables, giving your group two separate places to play and hang out.

The garages are insulated and have supplemental heating and cooling for seasonal comfort.

## TWO PRIVATE FENCED BACKYARDS

Each home has its **own fully fenced backyard**, giving kids and dogs room to enjoy the outdoors while your group relaxes nearby.

Both back patios include:

* Propane grill
* Patio table + seating
* Large umbrella

**Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee. No cats, please.**

## PARKING

Each home has its own driveway with space for approximately three vehicles, plus street parking in front of the homes.

Home 1 has the longer driveway and may accommodate a work trailer, boat, or RV along with an additional vehicle.

The homes are in a quiet residential neighborhood just off Hwy 70, convenient to downtown New Bern, wedding venues, shopping, the airport, Cherry Point, and area recreation.
