The primary suite's spa-like ensuite (jetted tub and walk-in shower) is the adults' reward. Twelve guests, zero boredom.



The Space:

The gourmet kitchen has stainless appliances, serious meal-prep space, and a breakfast bar; the living room's stone fireplace anchors evenings in. The primary bedroom opens to the spa ensuite with jetted tub. Upstairs is built for kids: TV area, bunk room, foosball table. Downstairs: family room with pool table, double-shot basketball, and the pickleball court. Outside, a gas grill and a back patio with a flat-top grill and fire pit table. Soft linens and central air throughout.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire 3,800 sq ft home. Community amenities are a quick walk from the front door: clubhouse, gym, pool, hot tub, and athletic courts. Trails with Ogden Valley views start at the front door — wild turkeys included in summer.



The Neighborhood:

Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek Resort — an established Eden community where the recreation is the address. The clubhouse, pool, and courts are steps away; Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes (ski shuttle at the community entrance in winter), Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin is about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for the valley, though plenty starts on foot here. Garage parking included. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Fully equipped kitchen with the basics, luxury linens, hot tub towels, washer/dryer with detergent, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, ski/snowboard storage. Safety: exterior security cameras, smoke and CO alarms, first aid kit. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
