Very peaceful and sunny, an incomparable setting.
The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its environmental conservation.
The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend beach days in the port of Sóller, with all the activities you could wish for.
It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.
The space
This cottage belonged to my family.
Being located in an olive grove area, our cottage was primarily used in the past to house and protect olive pickers from the elements.
The peace and relaxation found in this area is indescribable; you have to experience it for yourself.
Services and common areas
The cottage is exclusively for rental guests.
It also has a terrace where you can enjoy meals and sunbathe. Other noteworthy aspects
For garden maintenance, the plants need to be watered twice a week. We do this very early, around 5:30 or 6:00 AM, so as not to disturb your space. If, for any reason, this bothers you, please let the property owner know at +34 635 570 551 and we can reschedule. Parties are not allowed on the property, therefore visits from unregistered guests are not permitted.
