We have been to Zimbali for years and have always liked the fact that its secure and has all the ammenities for the entire family.

Internet outages in the area, also it is worth noting that the hosts are properly maintainining the upkeep of the house. Things are broken, no towels in some bathrooms, no liquid soap etc, even 2 ply toilet paper. I dont know if they are cutting costs as they are not makng money but for the standard of the place and the expectations, this is not something you compromise on. The door was not working on the front and even the host could not explain how to open the garage initially showing that the owner has just outsourced the service to people who are not detail oriented.
