I liked quality of apartment, which is warm, silent and comfortable. The house is modern and comfortable, the apartment is new with a fresh refurbishment. Price is quite attractive for such quality and size. It is worth mentioning that this is not guest house, and there are neigbors who live there permanently, so general rules should be followed, nothing unexceptional but should be considered. I did meet any neighbour during my staying. Soundproof is perfect.

Although the host was responsive and polite, general process is not as good as I used to have. The host asked to sign an agreement which rather cares about host than a guest. Not clear how it corresponds to the conditions within booking account, 2. Payments are made in local currency, desirably from local bank account which may be an issue for foreign traveller. Tiny guarantee deposit was requested. 3. The bed is king size but matras is just ok. 4. No guides. To conclude, this is a kind of private apartment in a multi-storey house, so the host is sensitive to neighbours reaction.
