La habitación, las instalaciones, todo el equipo de staff increíble, buena cercanía al mar y muy linda convivencia con los demás huéspedes.
A pesar de que la distancia del centro a la propiedad está retirado caminando, los Uber estaban a buen precio y preferimos estar frente a la playa que estar cerca del centro así que no fue ningún problema.

Las instalaciones son hermosas y con vistas privilegiadas. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas vacaciones súper cómodas y privadas.

Very clean, safe and comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a short trip. Rooftop amazing views and great pool, couldn’t use it because it was stormy while we were there. Nice quiet location in relation to Puerto Morelos, we had had a busy trip so appreciated being somewhere quiet where we could cook before flying home. Very close to beach. Staff very warm and helpful and coffee served on roof or in the lobby each morning.
We were at the front on the second floor and it was fine but felt a bit too close to the parking and street and didn’t have much of a view so not very nice to use the balcony and keep sheer curtains closed at all times. I think staying from third floor up is best. Arriving via highway and back of resorts made it feel like quite a strange place to be staying but approaching from the Puerto Morelos town side was more pleasant. Lots of mosquitoes and sargassum on the beach but property can’t do anything about that. In comparison to other places we stayed it was very expensive but I suppose you pay more for Caribbean coast location.

Rooftop pool and lounge area. The views from the windows. The cleanliness of it the bed was very comfortable.
I think that is the property should have should have had more supplies like paper towels, and a hair blower, serving platter to to meet the standard that they were trying to present in their decor
