The owner is amazing. They thought of every detail of our stay. They even left us a gift and insisted on us taking it. The property location is great , near the action. The property is a traditional japanese house but has all amenities needed. So the best of both worlds and great for anyone wanting to visit and experience a traditional japan.
Nothing

A very cozy place with plenty of room. Location is very convenient with the Kyoto station as well as a smaller station close by. We loved the decoration and the tatami rooms, as well as the very warm welcome left by the host. It was clean, functional, and quiet - considering it was right next to multiple train tracks!
Would highly recommend!

Large, clean, modern property over 3 floors with a rooftop. Quiet neighbourhood less than 10 mins by taxi into town.
Nothing. It was great
