Abode Jaipur

Lovely hotel. Beautiful design and rooms are well appointed. Good location in the Old City, close to City Palace, Hawah Mahal etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, but the breakfast service needs a huge overhaul.

Breakfast was a let down. Hot food went cold very quickly and there was a complete lack of oganisation in the delivery of the food items. Dishes that should be served together always arrived separately and about 20 minutes apart. Hot food needs hot plates to keep them warm. Breakfast tables also not set, so it was a free-for-all (and un-hygenic) when it came to multiple hands on the cuttlery, coffee cups, plates etc. Fine when you're paying $100 a night, definately not acceptable when paying their more expensive prices during peak season. Currently no other meals served. Hotel needs to provide information for Uber Eats etc. for guests if they don't want to eat out. There are plenty of good options available but Abode should provide a list of restaurants and make available in each room.

Clean, modern, central location but súper well insulated. Staff is super helpful and accommodating to all requests we needed and flexible check out timings. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was great. Great attention to detail to showcase the local crafts in the amenities, good recommendations given for what to do see and eat. Great initiatives for sustainability and community positive impact.

Little ventilation as windows cannot be open, but it’s the advantage of not having the outside noise and with the AC it was well regulated temperature.

The property is beautiful but it’s a bit style over substance. The rooms are extremely tiny. I would not call those rooms luxury as the room suggests. The staff is not trained properly yet as it’s a new property

It’s not worth the money. Charging a prime rate but the services are quite sub par. We paid 12k rupees per room per night which is quite high for Indian standards. We had to change our room because they gave us extremely tiny room even though we booked a luxury room. And my parent’s room’s lock was not working our whole stay. The team did nothing to fix this an we had to wait everytime when wecame back to hotel for th staff to sort it out and let us in our room. We were given no reimbursement for these inconvenience
