As described, very cosy little flat - lots of public transport links near by , very clean and lots of thoughtful touches like cakes and wine on arrival and slippers left . Very quick to respond to any messages for help or information
It would be good if the steps to the bed could pull out so not so steep to get up and down , but very comfortable when you get up

Outside of the facilities that were accurate to the photos, I was delighted by the diligent staff that was available for assistance and helped me whenever I contacted them. This kind of service more than earns its due props.
