New and clean apartment with a nice design. It has everything you need for a holiday in Tenerife 💙 Christian was very helpful and gave support with recommendations, tips and any info that was needed. A very, very nice host!

If the apartment would have had insect screens, it would have been perfect! Without them, Ia can not say perfection just very, very good 😀😊

El anfitrión se tomo todas las molestias para sentirnos especiales en todo momento, llegamos por la madrugada y nos habia dejado bebida y comida pues fuimos con los niños y fue la guinda , la cercanía a playas preciosas y demás lugares para nadar o pasear o ir a zonas como el Teide y ir al norte de la isla sin dar mucho rodeo. La casa es limpia y tiene todo nuevo, no hay ruido alrededor , son noches y días tranquilos, Gracias.

No tengo quejas.

Obiekt w spokojnej okolicy, ale bardzo blisko sklepów, plaży i barów. Bardzo miła obsługa, Christian przywitał nas na miejscu z butelką czerwonego wina, apartament czysty, wygodny. W kuchni było wszystko co potrzeba na co dzień. Do plaży 7 minut pieszo, parking zaraz przy obiekcie. Dostaliśmy dużo rekomendacji co do tego gdzie pójść, co zobaczyć i gdzie zjeść. Pobyt był wspaniały.

A newly-renovated property on the Northern outskirts of Callao Salvaje, Costa Adeje. Our house has two bedrooms - a double and a twin, a modern, well-equipped "galley" kitchen, new bathroom with monsoon/wand shower and a lounge with a sofa. Large TV and good Internet connectivity completes the modern amenities! There is space for car parking. It is located on a small one-way road leading down into the town itself, opposite a banana plantation, with views down to the ocean, and up to Mount Teide. It is perfectly possible (enjoyable!) to walk into town/beach/restaurants if you enjoy a stroll and don't want to use a car. There is a nice restaurant nearby (run by Ukrainians?), several supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants in the main town. In February it was pleasantly "buzzy" but not too busy.

I was surprised to see no A/C or ceiling fans - I imagine it could get very hot in the high Summer. However, the rooms all have windows with selectable opening settings (full/upper) and good shutters, so a through-breeze is possible to create. We had some trouble with taxi drivers finding the place, as it is so new!
