Unfortunately, the value for money was not what we expected.

We booked on the day of our arrival and only afterwards noticed that check-in is required 72 hours in advance. If this is a requirement, same-day bookings should not be possible. Although the full amount was charged immediately, we spent several hours trying to get in touch and, until almost 11 PM, we did not know whether we would be able to access the accommodation at all. Once we finally managed to make contact, the person we spoke to responded quickly and was helpful. We were provided with only two small towels, the bed linen was not clean, and there were no blankets. The next day, after we requested them, we received clean bed linen and towels, but still no blanket, even after explaining that we were cold. Overall, for €170 per night, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation, cleanliness and service.
