Avalon Villa Unawatuna

The villa is peaceful, spotless and surrounded by greenery. The rooms were perfect, with excellent AC, hot water, a mini bar and coffee station. Everything was clean and well maintained. What we loved most was the hospitality. Even though most of the other guests were foreigners, we were treated with exactly the same warmth, care and respect. ❤️ The team is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home. We were also welcomed with a lovely blue butterfly pea drink, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The food was not only really tasty but also very fresh, clean and beautifully prepared. You can truly feel the care that goes into everything they serve. There’s also a lovely little Italian-style kitchen, and stepping inside the villa honestly feels like entering a tiny peaceful fairy-tale world.Great value for money, a perfect location, and genuinely warm people. Villa is truly a beautiful and peaceful place. It’s surrounded by greenery, and you can simply relax, enjoy the calm atmosphere, and even spend some quiet time reading a book. Honestly, I never expected to find such a peaceful place in Unawatuna. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is also great, just a short walk from the beach. It’s definitely great value for money and a place I would happily recommend to anyone visiting Unawatuna. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back here again when we visit Sri Lanka.

Good location, room was very nice. Breakfast was exceptional! the host even asked how we wanted our eggs cooked! Best scrambled eggs i’ve had in a long time! The host was so friendly, very chatty and very hospitable. We were allowed to leave our bags the following day which was handy. A good Spa attached onto the accomodation. We arrived early so our room wasn’t ready yet, when we came back the host had kindly organised our luggage in our room! Very welcoming and felt at home. Thankyou!!
