I love the bedding, very comfortable, the four pillows are amazing, I will stay again for the pillows, but one bad thing, there is no fridge.

No refrigerator is a must-have.

Newly build new management, profesional team, love the skybar can see the river and siem reap city, breakfast if a buffet choices asean and western. Noodle soup is delicouis.

Wonderful hotel, Everyone was lovely. It was very quiet. The staff was so sweet, I had mentioned to the hotel that I was vegetarian and they printed and messaged me the vegetarian menu and kept it on hand for me! The room was amazing with bathtub. Everything was clean and nice.

Location was great, and the reception girls were very nice.

Even a simple vegetarian breakfast was difficult to arrange. They didn’t understand what we were asking for, and my wife said they couldn’t follow the instructions even when they were told in Khmer. There are no balconies in the rooms, despite them being mentioned in the property profile. Also, the lift wasn’t working, so we had to carry our luggage all the way up to the top floor. I had read a review from six months ago mentioning that the lift was out of service, and unfortunately, it is still out of service today. So, if you are travelling with family and children, please take note of this, especially if you have heavy luggage. Also, there are very limited options for breakfast, especially if you have specific dietary preferences(veg/vegan)
