All apartments have new bathrooms—some with natural light—completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave (some as a combination unit), etc. All apartments are non-smoking.

A shared washer and dryer, as well as bicycle storage—including charging stations for e-bikes—have been provided.
