The first floor opens onto a cozy living room (with a 140 cm BZ sofa bed) and a fully equipped open kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. You’ll find an intimate master bedroom (140 cm bed) and a bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for when the kids come back from the beach. Upstairs, the charming loft with a double bed (140 cm) and storage space is sure to delight teenagers or your guests.

Safety, terrace, and water activities:

Outside, you’ll enjoy a beautiful private terrace that’s fully enclosed for the safety of young children. The retractable awning lets you enjoy lunch in the shade in complete peace of mind. The residence features a pleasant communal pool (open from May 1 to September 30), fully secured, so you can alternate between swimming in the ocean and relaxing in the pool. We’ll welcome you personally on-site from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (off-season) or from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (in summer). To ensure a warm welcome, it is essential that you provide your exact arrival time.
Information on the Security Deposit:

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
