The 75-square-meter apartment, for exclusive use on the first floor of the house, opens onto a living room with two sofas. You’ll find a double bedroom (equipped with double and single sheets) and a bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, washer-dryer, towels, and a Bluetooth speaker. There is an 18,000 BTU air conditioner. Private parking is not provided, but there are several public parking lots within 100 meters of the house, including paid ones (you can use the Easy Parking app). Parties, smoking, and pets are not allowed inside.
