The kitchen and appliances were good, you’ll find everything you need during your stay from utensils, plates, coffee machine, etc.

It has one toilet only and the water from the faucet is too low in supply which makes washing hands almost impossible. I’ve reported that to the landlord during my stay via email and no one took care of it neither apologized.

Great location to a big selection of stores and services. Easy to get onto the main route to head out towards the rockies / Banff. As well as back into Calgary. Bedrooms two of the bedrooms were a good size and well lit with places for luggage. Lounge was light and comfortable / nice being able to open the doors on the balcony. Also big laundry room easy access for washing and drying clothes. Good communication from the provider.

The smaller bedroom downstairs was very dark and the main light didn’t work properly. Also not much room for luggage. The water pressure from the bathroom tap was very low (trickle). Although the shower was fine. The kitchen and some of its provisions were a little tired looking (cosmetically). However, had most appliances and items needed. Again a few areas looked in need of a refresh (outside steps / wooden decking / balcony).

Great value for money. Good location and neighborhood.

The location was excellent for us to attend our daughter's University graduation and visit friends in the Northwest. The three bedrooms were large enough and neat. The WiFi was good, the kitchen had everything we needed and the apartment was clean and well organized. It had both a Keurig and a Nespresso machine, as well as a conventional coffee pot for regular grounds. Each bedroom had a TV. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash and plenty of towels. The basement with games table would have been great if we had had the usual visits from friends of our kids. We would certainly stay here again.

The single small bathroom was a bit of a trial for the three of us including our University age daughter, but we made it work. We never ran out of hot water. The bathroom door did not lock but our host was notified and was going to fix it after we checked out (as we requested). The projector TV in the main living room was dim in daylight and did not have great channel selection. The TVs in the individual bedrooms were better so we all watched in the bedrooms.
