I nearly stayed for a month and had such a wonderful time at Essen. The host, Kim, was so kind and incredibly helpful. The lovely room was spacious, had air conditioning, and the bed was very comfortable, with ample cupboard space. Breakfast was included, which was a lovely bonus. The apartment is close to a river with outdoor gym equipment, which I used often. It’s also conveniently located near a large shopping mall, as well as lots of restaurants and cafés. On Wednesdays, there was a pop-up market with the freshest fruit and vegetables. I would highly recommend this stay. Absolutely lovely! I am going to stay there again for my next visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One thing I would like to clarify is that when I originally made the booking, I thought I was booking the entire apartment. In fact, it was a private room and bathroom completely separate from the rest of the household. This was not a problem at all ~ in fact, I ended up really enjoying it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The space was very private, and Kim was incredibly respectful and never intrusive. I also appreciated getting to know her, which made the stay feel more personal and welcoming. Looking back, I think it was actually a far better choice than staying in an apartment on my own. ✅✅✅✅✅

1. A lovely caring host 2. Great comfy location: just about 1km away from the subway station and an awesome city library- both are just a 10-15 minute walk away) 3. Perfectly equipped kitchen 4. Quiet environment despite being in the middle of the town surrounded by all kinds of stores including comfy food restaurants, nice cafes as well as parks 5. An ideal accommodation for those who need or want to stay in the seoul metropolitan area for a long-term work trip.

Nothing.
