This beautifully renovated 1,468 sq. ft. home sits on a generous 0.45-acre lot, offering a perfect mix of privacy, stunning lake views, and easy access to nature. Featuring a large deck to enjoy the outdoors, this home provides both comfort and adventure, just minutes from local dining and shopping. The fully fenced and gated property is surrounded by lush, mature landscaping, creating a tranquil escape.

There is space for 4 cars in the driveway, and street parking is also available. The car garage will be closed and used for other purposes.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby areas. Having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended. Uber and Lyft are also available for convenient travel to local attractions and nearby areas.

➤ Please turn outside lights off when you go to bed. Neighbors are trying to keep a “dark sky” feel around the area.
➤ Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times and be considerate of our neighbors. Excessive noise, including prolonged barking or other disturbances, is not permitted at any time.
➤ Pets allowed with $75 fee per stay. Max 2 dogs under 50 lbs (pre-approval for larger). No cats or aggressive breeds. Keep pets off furniture, clean up after them, and crate dogs if left alone. Pets must be supervised outdoors and may not be left outside unattended. Guests are responsible for preventing excessive or prolonged barking or other pet-related disturbances.
➤ Exceeding maximum occupancy is not permitted.
➤ The house has 2 ring cameras that are on the outside and active (unless they batteries die. There are no other cameras or noise montiors/ meters in the house, and there are no other cameras in the house.
➤ The electric grill is fueled by wood pellets. Supplies are available for guest use when stocked; otherwise, guests are responsible for providing their own.
➤ Fireplace is for decorative purposes only.
➤ You can usually find patio cushions outdoors, but during winter or rains, a number of the cushions will be inside the house. You may certainly use them but some will not be in storage bins when you arrive!
➤ No third-party bookings (must book under your own account).
➤ No parties, events, smoking, vaping, marijuana use, or open flames (candles, incense, sage).
➤ Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):

• For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation

4. We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy.

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. Please turn outside lights off when you go to bed. Neighbors are trying to keep a “dark sky” feel around the area.

7. No parties or events allowed.

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage.
