Positive: nicely decorated, very clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood, enjoyed having beach chairs and beach towels. Our contact answered all of our questions prior to arrival, except for late check-out approval. Opportunities for improvement: • no ventilation in the room or bathroom by the patio. Windows don't open. When taking a shower, steam stays in the bathroom and the bedroom. Same ventilation issue with the shared bathroom in the hallway, but we were able to slightly open the window. • There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. It looks like they didn't get washed well. • our VRBO contact asked us to wait until the day before check-out for late check-out approval, which I did and sent her a text, but I didn’t hear back from her.

The home was the best we've had in our many years visiting Sarasota in February. It was attractive and well-furnished and decorated inside and out. It was located close to shopping and restaurants as well as to the gulf beaches. The host was very responsive and gracious.
