The spacious, grassy backyard features a tiki bar, a large deck with a gas grill, seating for six, and lounge chairs—ideal for entertaining or simply soaking in the scenery.

• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. More extended stays will require cleaning every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense.
