Villa Alicia: Sie liegt in Playa Blanca (Lanzarote), im südlichen Teil der Insel, zwischen Vulkanen und dem Atlantik – ein Kontrast zwischen Vulkangestein und Sandstränden in unvergesslichen Farben. Die Villa Alicia erstreckt sich über ein komplett privates Grundstück, auf dem sich die verschiedenen Räume harmonisch einfügen: Wohnzimmer, Küche, zwei voneinander getrennte, großzügige Terrassen – eine mit beheiztem Privatpool im Freien und die andere mit einem tollen Bereich zum Sonnenbaden oder einem Platz, an dem Kinder spielen können, ohne in der Nähe des Pools zu sein.
Die Villa Alicia genießt eine ideale Lage im Süden von Lanzarote. Sie besticht durch modernes Design, ist geräumig und hell und verfügt über kostenloses WLAN über Glasfaser, einen Safe sowie einen privaten Parkplatz.
Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist eine Suite mit einem Doppelbett (1,60 × 2,00), eigenem Bad und eigener Terrasse, und eines der anderen Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten (90 × 2,00) und ist mit der Poolterrasse und dem Badezimmer verbunden, was allen Gästen Komfort und Privatsphäre bietet.
Im Außenbereich gibt es einen beheizten Privatpool mit einer Länge von 9 Metern × 6 Metern, einen Chillout-Bereich, einen Grillplatz und einen großen Garten mit Liegestühlen, wo du das milde Klima genießen kannst, das unsere Insel das ganze Jahr über bietet.

Lovely villa, very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with gadgets. Beds very comfy. Heated pool was a real joy. On arrival there was fruit and wine and a cake for my husbands birthday, very thoughtful Located about a 7min walk to local shops/ restaurants. The Port of Call's food was delicious, worth a visit! Villa did not have aircon but there were fans and a welcome breeze. Cristian the host is very attentive, we had a minor problem with the electricity supply, he sent out an technician straight away and problem was resolved very quickly and it didn't impact our holiday one bit. We will definitely be back really enjoyed our stay.

This villa is an absolute gem, the villa is modern with excellent facilities. The host Cristhian is faultless, he communicated with us all the way through the booking and was really easy to deal with. We love this villa so much we have already planned our next visit.

Firstly must mention this is one of many stays on the island and villa allicia goes on top of our list.Property itself well equipped like home cleanliness was exceptional comfort of seating area throughout property pool area spacious with loads of seating areas.The night time outside lighting amazing to chill at night.Owner was extremely helpful to answer any questions promptly in which we only had to communicate with him once with a quick response.To be honest my only critic just being me is that the tv didn't have no English channels in fact no channels at all apart from your normal online streaming but this did not spoil our stay.Exceptional and my returns to this property is in September and cant wait to return.Thanks for all owner.Oh one final thing the welcome pack of a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of cava in ice bucket was so appreciated and thoughtful.

We can’t praise this villa, its facilities and host support enough.The villa is beautiful, with excellent facilities both inside and outside. The kitchen in particular was excellent, with everything you really need to be able to cook in the villa when not going out. The bathrooms were clean, with such excellent touches which included hand soap and shower gel ! - whilst these may seem minor they really do make all the difference, very much home from home.More than enough sun loungers, chairs and eating facilities outside too. We were welcomed with a bottle of fizz and a huge bowl of fruit which again was lovely and such a thought out touch.Communication from the host was superb, fromChecking Ed had everything we needed, to notifying us when the pool ma would arrive. We will definitely be returning to the villa for sure.
