Communication was excellent, and Gabriela answered all our questions and worked to accommodate any requests. The building is still being rehabbed a bit, but that was expected and didn't affect the apartment. The apartment was solid: clean, furnished appropriately, and we loved the location. We would not hesitate to return.

Great location. Close proximity to downtown Ft Myers-very walkable and a safe area. Parking was easy. Apartment was very clean.
