House was huge- plenty of room for our family of 9. Definitely appreciated having the washer & dryer!!! Back yard is fully fenced in for your 4 legged friends with room for them to run around. Grill with lots of seats to sit outside. Whoever was in charge of getting ahold of us & texting us back was very good at responding. In a quiet neighborhood…felt safe & inviting. Easy to get around the island & they had very helpful ideas of the beaches to go to & places to eat. Love the guestbook guide. We hit every single beach they wrote about.

The house was a great spot for our family trip. We enjoyed all of amenities that the house offered. Would definitely stay here again.

Good experience. Need more towels was only issue but very nice

The inside of the house is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. We were very disappointed in the outside of the house. Very obvious that the house hasn’t had visitors in a while. The house is terribly dirty with lots of pollen and leaves weighing down the gutters. There are boating bees in the front of the house, probably a nest. The front desk did send someone out to blow the leaves and debris off the back patio, but they never moved the cushions off and the chairs were still full of debris. My husband and I used the hose to remove pollen and debris from the back porch and patio. My husband could t believe how dirty the back windows were and he hosed them off. The house is in a really nice neighborhood, but this house appeared to be the worst on the block. It really could be a great place with some attention. The doors leading to the back patio and the upstairs deck are broken, making it difficult to keep the doors closed. The upstairs deck is unusable due to leaves and debris which seems to have been there a long time. As soon as our grandkids were running around barefoot, we noticed the bottoms of their feet were black!!! The floor is needing a good scrubbing. There are many trees on the property which makes it difficult to keep the outside clean, but knowing that we are coming, it seems to me the property manager should’ve checked the property and had it cleaned before we arrived. I hope the owner sees this review because this house needs some serious help,
