The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. It is a beautiful location with an open floorplan. It is well kept and safe, located moments from Williams Bay and the bustling downtown of Lake Geneva. A few things to note:1. The extra beds are a pull out sofa and two foldable mattress chairs;they are part of the daytime furniture, not ready to go beds. 2. From the parking lot, the unit is at the back of the building, Villa #37. There are a significant amount of steps along the sidewalk, 2-3 at a time, for a total of 30 stairs. There are stairs right as you enter the condo. I mention this for people with disabilities, or for someone like me who has some restrictions while recovering from an injury.3. The lock to the door was tricky, despite entering the code & hitting the blue arrow, it was hit or miss to open on the first try.4. The property has a lovely pool, but is only for the use of owners, unless you have a passcard/key to open the gate. Fortunately, a very kind man let us in and asked that we bring a white passkey next time, though we did not have one left for us in the unit. No pool access would be a deal breaker.5. The AC unit was not working the first night in the bedroom, but we unplugged it and connected it again. It worked perfectly after that. I only mention this because you have to get down on your hands and knees to mess with the cords.We would definitely stay again knowing the little quirks of an otherwise perfect location, helpful host and lovely unit.

My friends and I went on a girls trip and this was the perfect place for us. The place was clean and had all the necessary stuff to cook, clean etc. and then some. It couldn’t have been a more perfect vacation. The host was very quick with responses and communicative leading up to our trip. The brand new AC was perfect for the hot summer days we stayed. The neighbors were friendly and the community amenities such as the pool were clean and lively. Everything was as expected from the listing. Thank you Laurann for making our trip seamless.
