I must say that all of the staff are very helpful, friendly, and nice. I also love the colors and the decoration of the hotel. All of the staffs from NIk Thi Sach to Nik Nguyen Trai are wonderful and nice .
I only have one suggestion: please offer more breakfast options.

The staff were fabulous and the room was well appointed and maintained.
The fridge wasn't cold in both rooms but really a minor thing

The staff were just exceptional, so friendly, happy and attentive, it really made the stay. The hotel was kept very clean and the beds and linen comfortable and new. I would recommend you book for these reasons and the value for money.
There is some sign of wear in the corridors and shared areas and the furnishings are fairly basic, but they are comfortable. On the last night there was a loud group next to us. They quietened down before 11pm though.
