Excellent location, modern clean and spacious villa.

WiFi was a little slow

Amazing villa, very posh! Open plan and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Surroundings are beautiful and the complex is very clean not to mention safe with a coded gate for entry. Great location next to the main strip of kapparis and 10 minute walk down to firemans beach. Beautiful roof terrace to enjoy sun rise and sun set.

Very clinical, no mirrors or dressing table not even a shelf in the bedrooms for us girls to do our hair and makeup. That all had to be stored on a shelf in the wardrobe. The steps into the pool are very steep and slippery, sharp edges and no hand rail making it difficult to get in and out of. The tiles around the pool were uneven and some cracked. The maintainence team did come and glue some back down but they were still elevated making it dangerous. Garden furniture OK but table and chairs were huge leaving not much space round the pool and the table had melted in the sun meaning its legs were sticking out and the middle was nearly down to the floor so very impractical. The villa was not what I call clean. On the surface it was but under the sofa and in the cupboards, in the corners of the shower it was diabolical. We had to clean the bathroom as there was 'mess' from previous guests. A lot of the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom was perished showing the chip board underneath and when you touched it to open, shavings fell off....

Perfect location. We had a BBQ as we wanted, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice

Just a little small backyard and not very comfortable table in the terrace, but all in all everything was ok

Location is close to everything ( restaurants, beach etc.), however not for people looking for quiet holidays. Constant noise from the main street until morning hours. Cars, people, music. Loud people from villas nextdoor, playing in pool until 2AM, singing, playing loud music. There is an ongoing construction, workers starting at 6 AM. A long list of issues with cleanliness, housekeeping, maintenance were addressed, I hope all mentioned will be fixed and there will be an improvement on the management's end.
