Nice staff, polite and helpful. Room was clean. Hotel is in great location. Nice view on the top floor. The aircon is bit problem but working well.
The elevators are quite old and shared with many other hotels and businesses in the building. It can take up to four minutes just to go up or down, especially during busy periods.
Since the hotel shares the building with other hotels and companies, you may also encounter staff from other businesses who can be quite rude or unfriendly, which can make your stay less pleasant.

Helpful hosts and comfy beds. Great views.
The bathroom should be more private (ideally partitioned from the bedrooms) on rooms where multiple guests are staying.

The hotel is very well located to all the main attractions, with lovely views over downtown Chongqing. In addition the staff were incredibly helpful, supporting us in the questions we had.

Elegimos una habitación doble y resultó, que son sin ventana. Creo que deberían especificarlo
