The terrace on the 6th floor was a nice touch, offering lovely views of the city at night.

We booked this place for one night as a stopover in Hanoi. Unfortunately, it was a little disappointing, as it was one of those properties that looks better in the photos than it does in reality and could do with some TLC. The instructions for accessing the apartment were confusing, with different door codes and information scattered across photos, messages and a PDF. Having everything streamlined into one clear set of instructions would make the check-in process much easier. The space itself felt quite cramped, the bathroom could do with some attention, and the bedding felt old and wasn't particularly comfortable. There were also water stains on the walls above the bed area. I also found the host's messages a little excessive, which made the overall experience feel less straightforward than it needed to be. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stopover, but unfortunately didn't quite live up to expectations.
